Called them at 11:00 A.M. with and emergency drain issue. They said they would have a tech by between 3 and 5 P.M. At 5:30 I called to see where they were and they said the tech was running late but was still coming. At 7:30 I called again and they said they would have to reschedule for tomorrow. They never bothered to even call me. I hung up and called Bob's Septic. Should've called them first. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great after hours service and did not try to rob me. Very professional and friendly. They just got a customer for life and a job to repipe my house.

Called 4 times ... Told them the water is shut off due to a busted pipe. They said someone will call you .and come out. . . that was yesterday ... And they never called never showed up. So much for 24hrs.
