Not the worst service by far (seriously, if they did it right the first time, these would be my go-to guys). Took them 2 visits just to clear the roots, after first visit one-man attempt hit a wall he suggested it was a broken sewer hookup. Town dpw sent two guys same day and disagreed (and managed to make that diagnosis without costing $300). Responded within the hour, the tech was knowledgeable took care of the problem, cleaned up after himself will definitely use them again .
