Rooterman called and reminded me that we were overdue for service on our septic pump. I didn't realize that needed done every two years, so I was grateful for the call. As always, the Rooterman team was prompt and professional. Thank you!
Rooter-Man came and pumped out my septic. Called and it was really easy to schedule, they had appointments within a week, but I wasn't in a rush and ~2 weeks out got my preferred time. They have two size trucks and one is smaller and they used that to cross the bridge to my property. Make sure you let them know if there is a reason they should use the smaller truck. They called ~30 minutes prior to coming and were here during the window. Price was the price quoted on the phone. Simple, professional, and will use again.
Crag came to my home and bailed me out of a bad situation even though he was busy and saved my septic system from imploding. We run a small business and a shut down would have been catastrophic. Thanks to Him and his crew the day was saved and now we are 100 %. If you want professional service with respect you need Him on the job!
