We first used Rooter-Man in 2023 after purchasing our home, we had another company come out and “pump” our septic tank but were still having issues and our plumber at the time recommended Rooter-Man. Absolutely the right people to call for septic tank service! I called up expecting a huge wait for service, but I was assured my job could be handled within the week. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by these exceptional folks! The 1000 gallon tank was cleared up in under an hour! Will definitely be calling back a few years down the road when the service is needed again!
Working with this father and son team was a breeze. As a new septic tank owner, I had several questions during the pumping process.
