EDIT AFTER OWNER BLATANTLY LIED- I’ve now attached photos of the Rooter man employee entering & exiting our home. Not only did you guys not do your job, you now lied about it. My floor drain in my basement was overflowing!!! I called rooter man and within an hour a technician was at my doorstep. Christian was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He explained pricing and procedures and what he recommended should be done. Roots were snaked out of one of my clean outs and all was well. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely call rooter man in the future and recommend to others.

Joel Jr. did a great job explaining the different procedures for cleaning the sump crock and pipes leading to the sump pump. I was pleased with the service received. I’m sure that Joel is an asset to your team.
Ryan came out to my home within 45 mins of a phone call for a backed up sewer line. Completed the job in 1/2 days time and no issues since then. Gave a great detail of things I may want to accomplish in the future that may happen to an old house. Will most definitely use them again! Great service!!
