Router Man was great! They were the 3rd plumbing company I called and the only one who answered their phone. From now on they will be my first call. Ryan arrived was very polite. He explained everything that he needed to do. Answered my questions and had our bathroom sink working again in no time.
We called Rooter Man with a recent leak we had around our water meter. They returned my call promptly and advised us on things we could try. They came out promptly the next day, after calling to give me an arrival time. They’ve prompt, prepared and very friendly. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again if I had plumbing issues and I highly recommend this family business.
The young men are sharp,articulate explaining each step. And they do the job professionally. When someone comes in my home I don't need problems, and these guys have it all covered. I wish my dealings with other businesses went as well.
