I called this company when my sewer backed up into the back shower and toilet on a Saturday. They were so courteous and kind, and told me there was already a technician in my neighborhood! The technician arrived within 2 hours of my phone call and was so gracious. Joel was able to identify the issue, and he also found another underlying issue. Joel was so polite and knowledgeable. Low water pressure in 2 showers and a dripping water faucet the repair man was very friendly and polite fixed the water dripping and lower water pressure in the 1st bathroom 2nd shower replaced some parts put it back together and the pressure is now less than half of what it was before he started can't use it now he said he was willing to try to repair it but would have to cut a hole in the drywall but then I would have to hire a drywall contractor to fix the drywall .he did fix the dripping faucet

Ryan arrived to unclog my sink. The service team was courteous and quickly resolved my situation. My only concern was confusion over the cost. I explained the price I was quoted and Ryan honored that quote. I would use Rooter Man again.

I was so pleased with their prompt response and effort to arrive at my home as quickly as possible! They did excellent work with a great attitude and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Rooter Man for any plumbing issue and will certainly be using them again. Great company!
