Mark was very thourough. Initially, he was unable to clear the pipe. But he came back with a different tool and cleared the pipe. Great guy ... !
I called this place about a shower drain problem and the guy was so rude and stupid on the phone I finally had to hang up on him. First question I asked was how much would he charge for an estimate which he answered with a gruff "I can't give you an estimate, I can't see underground" I tried rephrasing to "How much to get you to come over to see what's going on?" but got the same bull. I asked if he could use a camera to see if there was a clog but he said "The pipe is too narrow!" without even seeing the pipes. I then asked... read more
Had a plugged sewer line to street. Called several other places and couldn’t get anyone the same day. I called Rooter Man and he was there within an hour. Had it unplugged in no time! Very fair prices for such fast & efficient service. Highly recommended!!!!
