These folks are amazing! I love the friendly customer service (I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel). They provide you with a 1st-hour rate and quarterly rate thereafter. I have dealt with another competitor in the past (Roto-Rooter) and hated their customer service plus the fact they couldn't give me a solid estimate. The service tech, Jeff, was awesome.
