Well I feel like an idiot for not looking at reviews before trying to use these guys. 5 days of trying to track these guys down after not showing up when they say they will, not calling back when they say they will, dealing with 3 different people. Finally got an estimate to replace a bathroom faucet $900 and they refused to tell me how they came up with that number. No thanks.

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. This company is run by scamming thieves. Never ever pay them a penny if they have not finished the job. They will take the money and run. The one 5 star review they have from Elizabeth Rowe is a scam as well- the company is owned by her family!!

Called at 11am. Was told a service tech would be out this afternoon. Called back at 1pm, was told a tech would be there between 3 and 4. Called back at 5:30pm, was told a tech would be there within the hour. Received a call at 7pm asking if I still needed service. I said yes and was then told for the first time after 3 calls that there would be an additional $125 service fee because I live 2 miles down a dirt road. I wasted an entire day with this company. Look elsewhere.
