They came out quickly and were able to fix the problem immediately. I was very pleased with the professionalism of both the dispatcher and the man who came out to help.
The company returned a very early morning call quickly and scheduled a 7:30 a.m. visit to pump our septic and evaluated how the drain field was performing. The three technicians, Trevor, Randy, and Zach were very efficient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Rooter-Man to anyone.
Unfortunately despite the amazing reviews they have, I have to write terrible one. We made an appointment for our septic a few weeks back, they had to switch up our previous one because they were backed up, when our day finally arrived they gave us the 1-5pm time without showing up. We called them and they said 3-5pm and then 5pm came around, we called them once more and they told us 5:00-5:30pm. It is now 5:50 and no one has shown up. We called again and the office is closed? Dustin and Trevor did an outstanding job Replacing to sink faucets, with an old House both were a challenge. As a company they respond very Quickly, especially in emergency Situations. 3/4/2024 Dustin and Randy were very proficient In replacing a old water heater. They even came the same day. Always call Rooter Man.
Great service, on time, respectful of property. Highly recommend Rooter-Man services!
