We had Dustin come to our house in an emergency (our sewage grinder pump was out for a week). We had three plumbers come--couldn't do it, didn't recommend that kind of pump etc etc. Dustin first tried to get the bad wiring fixed (WOW!) and then when it didn't work we had to put a new grinder in and he did first class work and we even received the warranty and explanation on how to avoid any problems.
