I would give Rooter Man zero stars if I could, they were one of three companies that came to my house to clear a blocked sewer line. The rep Joe that came was very unprofessional. He broke a snake off in my sewer line and never told me. He then tried to schedule a video camera the following day to locate the blockage, meanwhile he set that up to retrieve his broken snake that he never told me about. We had Dustin come to our house in an emergency (our sewage grinder pump was out for a week). We had three plumbers come--couldn't do it, didn't recommend that kind of pump etc etc. Dustin first tried to get the bad wiring fixed (WOW!) and then when it didn't work we had to put a new grinder in and he did first class work and we even received the warranty and explanation on how to avoid any problems.
