We had issues with our kitchen sink being clogged. I called Rooter Hero indicating $59 for unclogging the drain. When they came out, the guy did not come in with any of the tools, then looked at the sink and said he can't drain or unclog it and he'd have to take garbage disposal apart etc. my husband said he knew right away that this was their tactic.
