Thank you Rooter Hero team! After attempting to and being unsuccessful in scheduling a visit with one of several plumbing companies to unclog my kitchen sink, I thought I would have to endure even more gross backed up water and gunk for who knows how much longer. From the moment the tech arrived, he was intent on selling me additional service, ( Hydro Jetting for 2100 was his recommendation) even before he inspected the problem. His Snake was not working, shorted and tripped breakers. He used a larger snake which got stuck a few feet in ( Did not snake the 75' they claimed would be done). After the snake was withdrawn the issue was resolved but may only be temporary since he only snaked a short section. Do not recommend.
