Absolutely terrible experience with Rooter Hero. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM and waited until 4:30 PM. Nobody showed up. I even called during the wait and was told the technician was already on the way. Then, after wasting more than four hours of my time, I called again and found out they had moved my appointment to the next day without even notifying me.
