They have come to our house twice now for emergency plumbing and did an excellent job!
On 7/15/24 my basement flooded after the tornadoes. Roto flush came out. I was never informed that the City should be present or that a permit would be needed. They preformed a hydroblast and found a broken pipe. This issue has been under investigation with the city since that day due to work that the city did on my side of the property line. The city is now informing me that in order to move forward this company needs to come back with a permit with them present in order for the city to document what process was taken. We c... read more
