I called Rooter Drain Service for an emergency clog. They quoted one price over the phone and charged almost double once they got here. The tech took forever, made a mess in the bathroom, and didn’t actually fix the problem. Drain was backing up again 2 days later. Tried calling back for a warranty fix and got sent to voicemail. Would not recommend.
Called Rooter Drain Service for a clogged main line. Tech was over an hour late, didn’t explain the price upfront, and the bill was way higher than the quote. They cleared the drain but it clogged again 3 days later. No follow-up when I called back. Would not hire again.
