I had a very disappointing experience with Rooter Drain Service as they were late and unprofessional.
then tried to contact their customer support to report the issue, and that experience was equally terrible. Getting in touch with someone was very difficult, and when I finally did, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they kept making excuses and refused to take responsibility. They even suggested that I might have caused the issue again, which is completely unacceptable.
Another major issue is their pricing. They charge very high rates, but the service they provide does not match the cost at all. There was no transparency in the pricing, and I felt like I was overcharged for poor-quality work. For the amount they charged, I expected professional service and a long-lasting solution, but I got neither.
The actual work quality was even worse. The drain appeared to be fixed initially, but within a couple of days, the same problem came back, even worse than before. Water started backing up again, and it was clear that the issue was never properly resolved in the first place. This clearly shows a lack of expertise and attention to detail.
