Overall positive experience with the team, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. We started experiencing regular clogging in the master bathroom toilet. We had one company come out for a camera inspection, but the quality of the video was low and we were given a quote to replace all the cast iron pipes underneath. quick, reasonable, informative. Was in and out under an hour and did a good job. let me know of possible other issues that may come up from other surrounding parts of the system. only downside was the little mess leftover + wearing shoes in the house without shoe covers
Our kitchen sink was not draining for a week. We had two other companies come by before I found Rooter Champion. Neither one of the first two technicians even tried to snake the pipes or look at it and just gave ridiculously priced quotes. Paul and his team did an amazing job. We needed our kitchen, sink, shower and laundry pipes replaced. Paul was very easy to communicate with and was right on time when he said they would be. Was fully transparent with everything they needed to do and gave us a great price. Gave us recommendations on things we should fix/upgrade in the future but didn't try and sell us anything like other companies. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Paul and team!
Called the day before for the $55 drain unclogging special. Came out within the 1 hr window and checked the drains and snaked it from the shower vent. Was thorough and very affordable. Would recommend. Thanks
