What an amazing massage I get every time I walk through the doors of Rooted Wellness and Spa. I have had the pleasure of having massages done by Lynn and Kristin. They both do a fantastic job!!! I love the deep tissue massages and the stretching they do to my body. It’s is absolutely a beautiful place, relaxing, the sound of water dripping when you walk through the door is calming to my soul. Both Lynn and Kristin have helped me through a journey of upper neck issues and body aches I deal with. Thank you ladies
I took DeepFeet Level 1 with Lynn in December 2025. I now practice Ashiatsu every day and my clients love it! The training was so well paced and easy to comprehend. Lynn did a great job making sure everyone was comfortable and everything ran smoothly and on time. After only three days, I felt completely confident getting started at my own practice. I can't wait to take Ashi Thai! Thanks Lynn!
Lynn puts so much effort and care into each massage. I started seeing Lynn after experiencing chronic pain from injuries and my quality of life has been better ever since. Everything from the design of the space to the massage itself to the tea selection feels thoughtful and intentional. So grateful for this place!
