I love this place! I had a fantastic extra moisturizing facial, with LED light treatment with Adriana. Then a lash tint in lift with Adriana. Will be back again!

If you can book time with Nancy Leung at Rooted Wellness and Spa, do it. I have been to her Rooted in Gaia evening, a sound and energy healing session where Cindy Garcia leads the sound. I have also had a one-on-one massage with Nancy. Both were great. The group evening is something else. You lie down, get cozy with a pillow and an eye mask, and once Cindy's crystal bowls and gong start, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. This is a really warm and welcoming space. Nancy is very good at what she does. She understands how to balance tension and pressure to soothe a client versus overworking the muscle. I felt rejuvenated after seeing her. I also attended a sound bowl session here and it was the perfect way to refill spiritually before the week.
