Rachel was fantastic! I was so nervous about how my hair was going to turn out as I only go darker and have never gone lighter and it turned out so much better than I thought! She was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process I could not recommend her more!
Rachael gave me the most insightful haircut & scalp treatment I’ve ever had. She took the time to thoroughly explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would work best for my hair type and routine. I walked away not just with a great cut, but with a better understanding of how to style and care for my hair. She’s incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend her enough!
