I had a custom facial with Chloe and she was great! It was relaxing and very comprehensive with head massages. I like the ambiance of the rooms. The building was beautifully remodeled. Chloe was friendly and made you feel welcome. There was a problem with my appointment but she made time for me anyway. I recommend Rooted. The other staff was helpful as well.
The vibes were super relaxing, I got a men’s haircut which included a shampoo and scalp massage and my stylist Hailee did a great job, super nice, explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Great experience from start to finish
A friend of mine bought me a gift card for my birthday and got this salon confused with one in Spokane with a similar name. I called and emailed this salon with no response. I finally got in touch with someone and the owner said that they do not issue refunds and I could just find someone to buy my gift card from me. Had my hair done by Tasha yesterday & my hair does look a lot better than when I came in lol. It was a hot mess. It took me a minute to adjust because it’s a lot darker than I wanted, but now that I’m adjusting, it looks better and probably what I needed, so my hair can just breath and get healthy. The cut is 100 times better and she gave the best massage.
