Both photos are after Tasha did my hair!! Tonight was my third appointment with Tasha. I went into my first appointment wanting to go lighter and differed to her advice on how best to get back to a brighter blonde that I was several years ago. I shared photos with her of what I wanted to achieve. She was realistic and gave great advice on how best to get to the color I wanted without damaging my hair. I got my hair cut and lightened. She was very kind but once I got home and got a better look and got it straightened I saw how bad the cut was and how spotty the color was. I don’t recommend going here.
Pedicure service was nice and relaxing; stylists are just dipping their toes into the water as it is a newer service. Nails- Pedicure was great but stylists could work on painting nails a little bit better. There is also very little polish colors to choose from. Gel is also applied after service when it should be applied before soaking the feet. Communication- Communication is key and service was a little awkward due to stylists not really knowing how to conversate with the guests. Price- Price of service is a little spendy ... read more

I’ve been going to Rooted for the past seven months, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. While the salon environment is clean and the owner seems to care, my experiences with one of the newer stylists have been consistently disappointing. It started out promising. In the beginning, my stylist sought guidance from the owner regarding my pixie cut.
