Jody is an intuitive and compassionate teacher who KNOWS HER STUFF! Her talents are many - I’ve been to her retreats and bought each of her books, always impressed by her knowledge and her gentle way of sharing it. Her musical talent is also a huge blessing to her audience.
I don’t think there’s enough room here for me to say all the wonderful things about Jody and Rooted & Reaching Yoga and Embodied Care! Jody has a big heart and an even bigger smile that just makes you feel at ease immediately! Her knowledge amazes me every time I interact with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Find yourself, find God and find peace. Nothing can top that
I have participated in several retreats and the training with Rooted & Reaching. They are thorough, pampering, and way more than I could have anticipated. I tell anyone looking for a Christ-centric approach to a whole body experience about RR!!!
