What is the point of having new clients fill out a hair type form if the stylist doesn't look at it before the appointment? What's the point of appointments if the stylist doesn't keep to appointment times? Is it ethical to start an appointment 20 minutes late, see a new client for 40 minutes and then tell your new client to move to the side and wait for an hour, yes, an hour! while this stylist attends to her next appointment and, presumably, her regular?
