I’ve been seeing Cassandra now for almost a year and even though you have to pay out-of-pocket, I would say I am never going back to the insurance way. I feel so much more seen and heard and she is so good at what she does. I recommend everyone to her I’ve Seen a lot of therapist before I found her and none of them made me feel better leaving. I could tell from our first session I was going to love her. I walked out of there like it was finally what I had been looking for in a therapist. She just has that aura.

I am not new to therapy but needed a new therapist when I moved recently. Cassandra has been one of the best therapists I have had so far! She listens very thoroughly and has been extremely helpful with assisting me with my struggles and with a variety of topics. She worked with me thoroughly in order to provide me the best treatment plan possible. I would recommend her to anyone, whether they are having a hard time or just need some moral support.
I am pleased to have found Rooted in Resilience to help me through a difficult time. I have found Cassie to be well informed and very empathetic. Her approach is both very professional while, at the same time, quite personal.
