I am not new to therapy but needed a new therapist when I moved recently. Cassandra has been one of the best therapists I have had so far! She listens very thoroughly and has been extremely helpful with assisting me with my struggles and with a variety of topics. She worked with me thoroughly in order to provide me the best treatment plan possible. I would recommend her to anyone, whether they are having a hard time or just need some moral support.
I am pleased to have found Rooted in Resilience to help me through a difficult time. I have found Cassie to be well informed and very empathetic. Her approach is both very professional while, at the same time, quite personal. I would recommend her to others who find themselves in need of professional counseling to help them work through a rough patch in their lives.
i have had no luck finding a therapist i truly clicked with until finding cassandra at rooted in resilience. she provides a supportive, open minded, safe and welcoming environment. i truly feel heard/seen and she has helped me uncover issues/find coping skills in such a short period of time!
My experience with Cassie had been nothing short of amazing. She helped guide me in starting the healing journey from childhood trauma, various other trauma issues, anxiety, depression and just feeling safe in her presence. I can not say enough good things about the therapy I have received thus far!
