I love Mrs. Cassie!! I had tried several other therapists and it took some time to warm up to them but not with Mrs. Cassie. After our first session I was ready for her to help me on my healing journey and more over I felt comfortable and safe in her care!
I honestly don’t know where I would be today without her. When I first started therapy, I was coming out of a marriage that had taken such a huge toll on me mentally and emotionally. I’ve been seeing Cassandra now for almost a year and even though you have to pay out-of-pocket, I would say I am never going back to the insurance way. I feel so much more seen and heard and she is so good at what she does. I recommend everyone to her I’ve Seen a lot of therapist before I found her and none of them made me feel better leaving. I could tell from our first session I was going to love her. I walked out of there like it was finally what I had been looking for in a therapist. She just has that aura.
I have seen so much improvement within myself since beginning Rooted in Resilience with Cassie Carmody. I could not recommend someone more!
