Mary is not only the kindest person but she is also the best at what she does. I went to her multiple times and every time I leave her practice, I feel so much better. It’s hard to explain the energy that Mary gives you. I even brought my mom who was suffering for months due to her hip and after one session with Mary, she is already feeling better and wants to go back. Mary is a miracle worker and you have to experience it to know what I am talking about because words can’t explain it!
Yesterday I went in to see Mary for my second visit. She asked me about my issues which were mostly the same as the first visit. Except that I had pinched something in my upper back a few weeks earlier, and it felt like I had an ice pick in my back. I had the best experience with Mary! I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for 2 weeks. I went to 2 different places to get a massage, I got an alignment, I did acupuncture, I was using a heating pad, and I was taking anti inflammatory pills, but nothing was working!! For several years I've been suffering from arthritis at the base of my thumbs causing pretty severe pain and limited range of motion in my hands. After only one session I can now move my thumbs freely without pain. Mary Heydemann is an amazing practitioner, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything that she was doing and gave great insight into the cause of my pain and how I can continue the treatment that she started. This was my first experience with reflexology and I'm so happy I tried it.
