Words can't adequately explain the benefit and change that occurs every time I participate in a Rooted in Mindfulness program. Each experience brings new gifts and awareness.
Such a calming, welcoming environment. I love being in this space. Jesse is an amazing teacher. He is so calm and quiet in his teachings yet his dry wit makes me laugh out loud (or at least chortle) often. A really wonderful haven in my life. So glad I found it. As Jesse says quite often, "beautiful."
I absolutely loved my experience as a participant in Jessie Foy's MINDFULNESS I class. I am so looking forward to continuing my journey to deepen in self discovery with the second level seris!
The atmosphere is welcoming and Jesse is a powerful force in a very gentle guise.
