Jesse does an amazing job balancing knowledge with hands on practice. This takes time and lots of practice. LOVE the expansion too. Keep up the great work.
A very warm and welcoming environment. Excellent teaching that meets you right where you are and gently leads you. Jesse is generous with his kindness and respect for each individual. I feel that my practice has taken a more beneficial direction since I have been participating in the weekly classes. I'm very grateful to have Rooted In Mindfulness in the community and plan to take advantage of as many wonderful programs as possible!
