I set up a new patient meeting with Dr. Ramsay (typically a 15min call). Got on the video call on time today, waited 15 minutes, no one showed up. No calls or emails from the clinic apologizing for missing the meeting or anything, at the time of leaving this review I am well past the end of business day with no follow up or anything.
