I found Ariana Forte (and Rooted Healing) through a Google search about one year ago and, after an introductory call, decided to meet regularly with her. Ariana's style and techniques are much different than traditional "talk counseling" and so helpful for anxiety and distress related to many life changes. After many attempts at finding someone I could connect with, I cannot recommend working with Ariana enough! She is exactly the kind of practitioner that I have been looking for to work with somatically.
