The people at this salon are stuck up big time!!! You have to communicate with them only through text messaging. I set an appointment to get a consultation with this place. When I got there, I met the girl at the front counter, and she led me to the chair in the very back. I had to fill out a form just to get my hair looked at. I was trying to conversate with the girl and be optimistic, and she never smiled or really didn't even say anything back to me. I had my first cut at RHC yesterday with April and she basically read my mind with what I wanted. Shes also very delicate when drying your hair, I’m used to a lot of pulling. She gave me tips for styling my hair and the tools I wanted to get. They use great products, including Oribe and the prices are super clear, I was charged exactly what I was told when I made the reservation. Every part of me wants to gate keep Hannah. She is arguably the most thoughtful individual on the face of this earth- she’s an absolute delight. And this might sound silly, but she’s also incredibly gentle blow dry. Hannah sets expectations really nicely blending your wants with reasonable outcomes and ongoing care/maintenance. Hannah understood the assignment 1000%. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her work!
