I just had my first treatment with Dr. Monee and I am impressed! She was thorough with her history and exam and took the time to listen to what I had to say. I have not had a lot of experience with acupuncture but I found her technique to be gentle yet very effective. It is only a few hours after my first treatment but I am already noting less tension and stress in my problem areas. Thank you Dr. Monee for the wonderful experience. If you are looking for a great provider on the Eastside, look no further.
I'll start with saying I have an intense needle fear, so I was a bit hesitant about trying acupuncture. But Dr Monee provides such a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. I always left feeling better, heard and taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Monee at Rooted Flow Wellness.
Dr. Monee is amazing! I’ve been seeing her since 2021 for acupuncture/cupping at a time when I was TTC. Only after a few visits, I got pregnant with my first baby. I continued to see Dr. Monee for prenatal and postpartum care, and expanded to skincare needs to help with my eczema. She is personable, attentive, thorough in her approach, and explains everything along the way. She is a blessing and am so grateful she is part of my care team!
Dr. Monee has been an amazing support to me through some tough life experiences. She listens to what I’m dealing with and adapts the plan to address both my current stressors and long term goals. Highly recommended.
My first visit to Rooted Flow was excellent. Dr Monee Dulay was welcoming and talked me through every step of the acupuncture and cupping, it being my first time experiencing both treatments. Tension in my back and hamstrings is relieved and I feel like I've had a full reset in terms of my energy and body awareness. I can't wait to return.
