NOT impressed with their billing department! Knowledgeable therapists though. This therapy center is not flexible with clients that have financial hardships or are under earners. Seems they want to just make as much money as possible without discussing payment plans/ options etc with clients.If you do need to discuss a payment plan with their billing department, you have a VERY limited time period to do so. I have been going to Rooted for about 3 years now and it has been the best therapy experience, I’ve ever had! So glad to have found them and their wonderful clinicians.
Rooted Counseling & Wellness has been the best therapist group I’ve been to. From their well designed office space, to the technology they use to keep you updated on your upcoming appointments and billing, they are second to none. No hidden fees or surprise charges that I’ve experienced at pretty much every other group and when they tell you they take your insurance, they really mean they do and are in-network. I took one of their and absolutely loved it. It was 3 hours well spent on me! Each presenter had good information, keep me engaged and I went home with more knowledge about the different topics that were presented. I will be taking future workshops for Rooted!
