I've been seeing Shannon Kouser at Rooted Counseling & Wellness for the last 8 months and cannot say enough about how much she's helped me. I was referred to her to help manage chronic pain using a mix of EMDR (which I was a bit unsure about) and talk therapy. I've been pleasantly surprised about how helpful the EMDR sessions have been and, during our talk therapy, Shannon is patient and insightful.
