I had a very disappointing experience with the administrative side of this practice. Despite reaching out to billing multiple times over more than a month regarding an insurance change, I received no response, which led me to pause therapy out of concern I might be billed out of pocket. No continuity-of-care guidance or transition support was offered, and care effectively stopped without a clear plan.
