Not super great customer service. If you want a trim and wash they can do that but Maggie said she couldnt dye red hair and left it at that. She didn’t give recommendations for someone else. And I’m not the begging type I’ll find another place. Extremely hard to get in contact with store for appointments. Had to contact their FB and they don’t answer every time.
Don’t bother making an appointment with Brooke. She’ll make you wait 2 weeks and then cancel the day of with a lame excuse, then ask you to reschedule 3 weeks later!
