I am SO disappointed with this salon!! I researched an affordable salon to get my roots touched up. I booked the $60 “express root touch up” because that’s all i needed and all I could afford. During my visit I was offered a coffee which is a common courtesy in salons, so I accepted thinking it was complimentary. When I was paying, the cashier was peppering me with questions so I did not see the total as I selected a 22% tip. Vicky was super friendly, professional and efficient. She did a beautiful custom colour and cut. It was a fun and relaxing experience.
I had my hair done today by Emma, and she did an amazing job! She really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered it perfectly. I couldn’t be happier—10/10, highly recommend!
Rootbar Salon is the most toxic and unprofessional salon I’ve ever dealt with. In over three years, I saw three stylists — one who mindlessly answered “cute” to everything, even when it made no sense, another who constantly trashed management, was fired, and then had the nerve to ask me for money, and a third who secretly added a treatment without telling me.
