Root and Rise was an absolute godsend. I developed postpartum anxiety and depression and was struggling so much. I thought my only option was to check myself in to an inpatient program, but I was terrified of the thought of being away from my family. Root and Rise got me the help I needed without separating me from my baby. The community there was fantastic. I’m now feeling great but am forever indebted to this wonderful place.
Rophe is amazing! A great resource for all mamas before during and after birth. Very knowledgeable and a great cheerleader and listener! Loved having her in my corner postpartum.
Root & Rise has been the most amazing program I’ve ever been a part of. The care, compassion, and expertise of the team are unmatched. Each counselor brings so much knowledge and support.
