The people at Root were very clear and easy to work with throughout the process of installing my electrical charger. They were very flexible and knowledgeable about my EV charger setup, highly recommend them for anyone looking for electrical work!

Had an in-unit power outage caused by incorrect wiring done by another company. Root Electric was super responsive, got someone out in 1 hour, and then resolved the issue within 30 mins. Their team was communicative, prompt, friendly, and explained everything as they worked. Will definitely go back to Root in the future.
