Sweet rooftop bar but the view has been blocked by a generic condo tower.
I was skeptical of the wide-ranging, multicultural tapas menu, and then Linger's kitchen and staff proved me wrong— Also, the complimentary popcorn was a tasty way to hold you over until our food came
