Dr Rich and his staff were fantastic in their Provo Utah office... just down the road from Sundance Mountain Resort. I had severe tooth pain and it turned out I needed a root canal. Dr Rich was able to see me the day I called. I spoke to Dr Rich and I explained that I thought I had an old root canal that failed and Dr Rich took the time to explain my options (which was in line but more detailed and accurate than ChatGPT) and was able to see me that day which was a Friday before Thanksgiving. Dr. Rich went above and beyond today in helping one of our students with his dental procedure. He did an amazing job. He was patient, informative, and even communicated with the mom in Spanish!! It was so helpful. At the end, he was SO kind that he didn't charge anything to this family for the service! I wanna recommend this dentist too anyone like myself who is on the tight budget and is looking for an affordable dentist who cares about their needs and a comfortability at a previous tennis I was quoted $5000 for a root canal and my girlfriend found this dentistry office and was quoted $1200 for a root canal they stayedlate to accommodate us so that I wouldn’t be suffering another day. The staff is very welcoming and friendly I definitely would give this place a five star rating and recommended to anyone in need.
I don’t have a dentist in Provo (since I’m from out of state) and was afraid I’d gotten a cavity that needed to be filled but couldn’t wait until going back home to my dentist where I’ve established care. My Emergency Dentist was able to take a look at my teeth for me after I made the appointment last minute! They had really great availability and the staff were great, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist himself! Highly recommend if you find yourself in need of some quick help!
