I called late on a Friday afternoon in tears with tooth pain. The staff was calming and welcoming. They talked me through the treatment plan, answered my questions, and gave a very friendly environment. While this is not the fanciest office, the staff are amazing. Dr Rich and his staff were fantastic in their Provo Utah office... just down the road from Sundance Mountain Resort. I had severe tooth pain and it turned out I needed a root canal. Dr Rich was able to see me the day I called. I spoke to Dr Rich and I explained that I thought I had an old root canal that failed and Dr Rich took the time to explain my options (which was in line but more detailed and accurate than ChatGPT) and was able to see me that day which was a Friday before Thanksgiving. Dr. Rich went above and beyond today in helping one of our students with his dental procedure. He did an amazing job. He was patient, informative, and even communicated with the mom in Spanish!! It was so helpful. At the end, he was SO kind that he didn't charge anything to this family for the service! Dr. Rich did it out of his kindness, and as a family advocate who has worked with this family, I'm truly grateful for his help. Thank you again, Dr. Rich!

This place was amazing! I needed a tooth extracted and they got me in ASAP and the tooth was taken care of quick and easy! The staff was great and super friendly. Highly recommend! Great dentist!
