Dr. Rich went above and beyond today in helping one of our students with his dental procedure. He did an amazing job. He was patient, informative, and even communicated with the mom in Spanish!! It was so helpful. At the end, he was SO kind that he didn't charge anything to this family for the service! I don’t have a dentist in Provo (since I’m from out of state) and was afraid I’d gotten a cavity that needed to be filled but couldn’t wait until going back home to my dentist where I’ve established care. My Emergency Dentist was able to take a look at my teeth for me after I made the appointment last minute! They had really great availability and the staff were great, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist himself! Highly recommend if you find yourself in need of some quick help!
This guy was amazing. My kid had multiple infections. He was so good at working with him and was able to help him stay calm and then extracted the two teeth. Quickly and effectively. I was so impressed how quickly they were able to help us and do as good of a job as they did.
I have not been to a dentist is over 10 years. I've always felt shame going and never felt listened to when I would mention the numbing was not enough. Naturally this has made me fear the dentist more and more. This weeked i started experiencing horrible pain from a wisdom tooth that has badly broken. I was treated with respect and no one made any mention to the status of my teeth besides asking what i was wanting help with.
