Shawn’s rope flow course and coaching is really helping me develop better ball striking, tempo and timing. Additionally the rope flow course is developing more fluidity in my movement on and off the course and relieving my lower back pain.

Amazing, integrative and holistic practitioner. I had my first appointment today. He could see and understand my pain and my symptoms (I have several chronic illnesses) before I even described them by assessing my stance, movement, strength and spine. I really liked his focus on improving neural functioning instead of simply trying to get cracks. I am already standing better, my hips are better aligned and my pain is reduced.
