Dr Vineyard and the staff at Root Canals Rock are a well oiled machine! I had to get a root canal finished that my dentist could not properly complete, so was referred here. I have the typical dental anxiety from bad past experiences, but they are all very nice and professional and made me feel at ease. The root canal went so smooth and wasn't bad at all. I didnt even feel the shot for the anesthetic. They definitely know what they are doing and I would definitely recommend this practice. :)
I had an appointment today with Dr. Vineyard, and from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Her team understood their assignments as I was prepared for my procedure. Dr. Vineyard is very pleasant and took the time to explain my procedure in detail. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable, and numb so that my experience was a good one.
