I had a fantastic experience. Everything went right on schedule, Dr. Doering was very professional and effective at explaining the procedure and then actually doing the produce. I felt no pain at all. Maria, his assistant, was great and very friendly.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their professionalism during my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the root canal procedure itself was very disappointing. About a week after the procedure, I returned to my regular dentist for follow-up and a crown but instead had to have the tooth extracted due to multiple cracks. After my appointment and paying the amount I was told during my appointment a month later they send me a bill saying I owe more no I don’t think so I called and their response was “ in the world of insurance this is how it works.” Yet that’s not how it works I don’t pay and estimated cost when going to my dentist or doctors or my diabetes specialist so this place is a shady company I highly recommend running away from here.
Root canal= best dental experience I will have by far when having to have work completed. I hate admitting I’ve had multiple root canals but nobody is touching my teeth but Dr. Doering. The man is amazing. That’s really all you need to know. Additionally, at this visit my son accompanied me (always not ideal but sometimes unavoidable) and Dr. Doering let him “assist.” My son raved about this at school, to his sisters, at the dinner table.
