Dr. Byrne and her staff were amazing! My son needed emergency care for severe trauma to his front teeth. Dr. Byrne was able to fit him into her schedule and do the root canals right away. She made him comfortable and it was a painless experience for him. Couldn't of asked for better service in a stressful time. THANK YOU!!! ☺️ ❤️
This is not a professional place you ever want to go. They will set your appointment up then call you over and over 30 minutes before your appointment to see when you ETA. Once you get there on time for your appointment they will tell you they can't see you because you weren't 10 mins early. We would have had to know yesterday if they wanted us there at a different appointment time. The front staff are very rude and unwelcoming. If you care about common curtesy don't come to this place. It's what nightmare are made of.
I am giving you 1 star because I have to. You deserve a “0” rating though. I had a 10am consultation appointment. I got an email asking us to be there 10 minutes early. Then when I was getting ready to leave for the appointment, I started getting calls over and over. So I answered. It was Root Canal Experts, saying I needed to be there 30 minutes early now. Who calls the day of, to say we needed to be there 30 minutes early. If you wanted me there at 9:30, then why didn’t you make the appointment for 9:30? So I take time off... read more
Called for a price estimate. Starts at $3200. Waste of money. Don't go here.
Root canal experts is the only office I would consider for RCT treatment. I had a procedure called an Apicoectomy a year ago. There was no pain during tge procedure, and healing was perfect. Dr Banche and his entire team from front-end reception, to Dental assistants are top notch. They are kind, compassionate and willing to answer questions.
