I went to see Stephanie initially for a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing tingling down my arm and into my fingers and a sore knot behind my shoulder blade. She described how she was going to use acupuncture to help heal my issue. Within 3 sessions, I had no more pain or tingling. I am so grateful to her for that and for her calm yet reassuring demeanor. She is an amazing clinician and I look forward to seeing her next for hormone related issues.
Dr. Stephanie Cortner is the best!!! I have visited other acupuncturists, who initially gave me some relief but not long term. After trying a few acupuncturist, I had given up on acupuncture. Fortunately, a friend highly recommended Dr. Cortner. Her treatments are far more effective than others, plus she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to talk to them to explore the exact cause of the problem. I had been suffering with a cervicogenic headache for months. Unfortunately, neurology didn’t help, medication didn’t help, PT helped, but the symptoms never resolved. One treatment by Stephanie and my headache disappeared. I had energy, I was myself again, for the first time in months! Root & Branch Wellness is a cozy, clean, and bright studio. You instantly feel welcomed when you walk in the door. Highly recommend for acupuncture and other treatments.

Absolutely love this place! Not sure what kind of magic is happening with those tiny needles, but I walk out feeling like a new person every time. 😂 Relaxing, effective, and run by one of the best humans around. Highly recommend!
