Stay away from this company. They dropped oil and/or hydraulic fluid on my flagstone, driveway and in front of my house. They left everything a mess. Over trimmed 1 of my trees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
My recommendation is to stay far away from Mr. Otis and Root,Branch N All. I hired this company, they did the job, they damaged property, admitted to doing the damages and refused to pay for all repairs. Not only what I just stated, but tried to intimidate me into leaving it alone by saying he will sue if I slander his company. This company is a dumpster fire. They lost their BBB accreditation and have a D- rating. I very strongly recommend not hiring this company.

I found the team very professional and careful of property. They took great care in removing a tree under difficult circumstances.
The estimate was very straightforward and appeared genuine. All was going VERY well until the crew cut half of a tree that was NOT on the contract. The owner offered to take damages out of the workers pay - but did not offer to compensate ME for my loss! He expects me to pay the entire bill as if nothing went wrong. When the offer was made, I told him that docking the workers pay wouldnt help me at all. He told me I should not expect him to pay for the damages since he did not cause the damages.
