I started seeing Lindsey in August. I became upset when one of my medications wasn’t called in and it took 5 WEEKS! She had upped it but failed to call it in. She states she tried but I know of one time. I had called her office several times prior to running out completely. Communication on her behalf is horrible. She claims she’s there everyday, she didn’t have missed calls etc. but per my call log, my husbands call log and we have stopped by several times during the week and guess what? I saw Lindsey Allen PNP and she told me she was going to switch me from Adderall to Vyvanse. I receive a message a few days later from her overseeing doctor telling me I will never get stimulants again (even though I’ve been on them for 3+ years) and prescribed NICOTINE instead. He told me to smoke or use patches instead of giving me the medication that has worked for years. This place sucks and is gross.

Great experience for my daughter! Lindsey took the time to really listen, figure out the "Root" causes and helped brainstorm coping strategies and ideas to help battle issues we have going on. Lindsey did great at breaking things down and giving scenarios so a 12 year old could understand mental health and maneuvering obstacles in life. She is amazing. My daughter can't wait to return.
