I was extremely disappointed with my first acupuncture experience with Dr. Wang. I sought out acupuncture while navigating the loss of my partner to suicide. When Dr. Wang asked what had happened and I told her, her response was to ask, “Why?” I found this incredibly insensitive and inappropriate. I'm so happy I found this clinic. Mac is so helpful with coordinating appointments and sharing information about the process. Dr. Sidhu is attentive, informative about findings and treatments; she genuinely cares about my as her patient and it shows.
Root 33 Wellness is amazing. The services they offer are the best I have experienced. More importantly, the people that work there are second to none. Highly recommend that you experience it for yourself.
I was greeted at the front by Mackenzie who was very warm and welcoming. He did a great job in making us feel comfortable and was very thorough in explaining how the bed works and what we can expect.
