Barber accidentally cut off some of the top of my hair with the machine used for the sides...come on man. Although decor was mature and refined.
*Edit* It is now October 14th, 2021. The cut was in July. Stuart has run me around for 2 and 1/2 months, asking me jump through hoops with the promise of a refund. I have met every requirement he has asked, but he refuses to accept responsibility for the poor service carried out by Mike. He has resorted to flat out ignoring my emails and I have had 0 success reaching out to corporate on their contact page and facebook. Keep this in mind when deciding to come here.
