I had high expectations for the classic thigh meat with ginger scallion sauce. Chicken was juicy and well seasoned, rice was good, pickled veggies was tasty as well. The ginger scallion sauce was quite disappointing though. Was expecting a much higher umami flavor and was instead met with a very dull ginger flavor. Sauce didn't seem freshly made and seemed like it came out of a jar.
The Marina is my go to. Don't miss adding habanero sauce if you like spicy.
