About this business

We strive to serve food and drink with distinction as we are a small independent run restaurant. No smoke and mirrors here, just food from the heart. Our space is limited and our staff is small. We believe that we have the ability and resources to make all of our guests happy while dining in our "home" as we see it. It can get loud in here when we are full but we believe this adds to the excitement we provide, it creates a lively pulse. Yes....there may be a wait sometimes. Excellent service and delicious food. The chef layers flavors in his dishes, giving such complex and unique flavor profiles to each dish. For example, i would never have imagined adding jasmine tea leaves to a napa cabbage salad, but it gave it an interesting floral and slightly bitter note that paired well with the cabbage and the fish sauce vinaigrette. Also the combination of lemongrass pork with dates in a roll was a creative way of using local produce in an unexpected delicious pairing.

We had the Papaya Salad, Beef Crispy Noodles best Vietnamese food I ever had. We also had the waffled Chicken, that was too salty for my taste but everything else Delicious. Small place but very popular. I defenetly want to go back

Had the panko crusted, chicken stuffed rice ball with coconut yellow curry. Might possibly have been the best curry I’ve ever eaten, and I eat a lot of Thai food. If I lived in Palm Springs, I’d be here daily.
