I would say it's more like hipster version of Vietnamese food then authentic Vietnamese food only part of my meal I really thought was authentic was the rice porridge soup in the beginning and the braised beef but I didn't like the spring rolls or the papaya salad

One of the best restaurants in Palm Springs! Come early to get a table though as it is ALWAYS busy! Management is amazing, the food is out of this world, and the atmosphere is intimate. I would highly recommend the Brussel Sprouts, Shrimp spring rolls, Crispy Beef, and Bahn Mi Burger, although everything is great! You also must try the Aloe juice. Simply delicious
