I experienced red flags from just after signing a contract with Heather but tried to just support her in listing my home with hopes it could still all go smoothly. It did not. The Photographer she enlisted (Brian Adelberg) did not satisfy her requests for many shots and she called me very upset explaining she'd never use him again... We just loved working with Heather! She is really down to earth and just super nice. She is not pushy at all and will point out the goods and the bads when taking you around to show you houses! She is very professional and very experienced. She made it fun searching for our house! It was a really great experience.
